John Judkins

John is an elder and member of the Board of Session at the First Presbyterian Church of Greenfield, a member of the Highland County Law Library Resource Board, a member of the Higland County and Ohio State Bar Associations, and a former board director for the Highland County Chamber of Commerce.

John and Danielle were married on July 7, 2007 in the Greenfield United Methodist Church, and were high school sweethearts while attending school in Greenfield together.

John Graduated High School from Edward Lee McClain High School in 2002 as Salutatorian.

John and his wife returned to Greenfield after John Graduated Law School so they could raise their children in the hometown where they both grew up.

John believes every citizen is entitled to equal protection under the law without bias.

John believes every member of our community is entitled to fair treatment, and a judge that treats them with respect.

John believes our court system has a duty to protect our citizens and to punish those who commit crimes.

John is a diligent attorney who has worked hard for his clients and the community he loves. John is committed to serving his community and believes his strength as a litigator lies in the tenacity he shows when fighting for his clients.

John has been a practicing attorney in Greenfield at his law office across the street from City Hall since 2009.

John has served as prosecutor in the Chillicothe Municipal Court as an assistant law director since 2021

John has extensive experience in felony and misdemeanor criminal work throughout his 15-year law career.

John has handled civil litigation in the Federal United States District Court, the Ohio Supreme Court, and various other courts throughout Ohio.
